Anya Consultancy Services (ACS) acquires leading catering management system Athena to further extend its Product Portfolio

Development, Data Platform and Integration specialist ACS today completed its first major acquisition, the asset purchase of leading UK public sector catering management system Athena, materially extending its Product Portfolio and Public Sector user base. The acquisition builds on ACS’s product development and 24x7 application support capability, extending our client delivery capability from data platform, through ERP and into Line of Business applications.

ACS is a global SI, headquartered in UK (High Wycombe) with development and engineering centres in India, Scotland, Romania and Portugal that has established a strong reputation in providing an IT services portfolio including: Development, Data Platform & ERP, Integration and Support alongside a Product portfolio including: Hospitality solutions, Event management and streaming, Data over sound and the design build and management of innovative Drone solutions.

The Athena solution is a market leading catering management system that manages, meal preparation, nutrition analysis and food labelling for the NHS, Ministry of Justice and Higher Education.

The Athena team have joined ACS and will continue to drive the overall direction of the product supported by the enhanced development and operational support capability within ACS.
